Add this service when configuring your shade, and if the product doesn't fit upon delivery, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receipt, subject to our terms and conditions. Service Details:

  • If the discrepancy between your provided measurements and the required dimensions is within 1.18"( 3 cm), we will remake your shade at no additional cost.
  • If the discrepancy exceeds 3 cm, you will only be responsible for the price difference between your original and replacement shades.

Additional Notes:

  • The replacement will match the style and fabric of the original shade but will be shipped without the motor.
  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Due to the uniqueness of custom products, each item is eligible for only one remake.
