Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.

Since it is a custom product, we can not cancel the order if the product is finished and shipped

If there are quality issues such as wrong size, wrong color or other problems due to our product errors, please contact us at any time and we will remake or otherwise modify the problem to your satisfaction.

If the size is incorrect due to inaccurate measurements, or if you need a different fabric, please contact us within 30 days. We offer one free exchange to ensure you get exactly what you need.

The shipping cost of returns

If the return is due to our problem (e.g., incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund; if the return is due to the buyer's problem (e.g., did not like/wanted the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer shall pay the shipping costs. We do not charge consumers any fees for return

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail refunds. If we have approved your return for more than 15 working days, please contact us through the following methods: sales@yoolax.com.
