I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. They were very accommodating in getting me a new blind sent right away for a small fee. I was worried I'd have to pay full price for a new one since it was my mistake. Not the case. Overall a great company to do business with.
Blinds are great quality. I struggled a bit with one shade and Customer Service was extremely responsive. Very easy to install. I haven't tried Alexa yet but the remote works perfectly. I have more on order. 5 stars!
